The reason for the percentage drop in GS-certified multipurpose/visitor chairs between 2018 and 2019 was the smaller overall number of items in this category, combined with a smaller reduction in the numbers of non-certified classic models. Thanks to streamlining of the product range and the certification of the Nava model in the course of 2020, the proportion of GS-certified multipurpose/visitor chairs increased again in 2020. Over the course of the next reporting period, we aim to maintain and if possible increase the percentage of products in our Office collection that are certified safe and non-harmful.
