65 relaxed day of skiing. During 2023, the recreation rooms at the Bützberg site will be enlarged and redesigned. In Endingen, the outdoor area was upgraded during the last reporting year. An investigation is also underway in Endingen to see whether a charging station for e-bikes would also be possible within the planned scope of expansion for the e-vehicle charging station. In order to make it even more attractive for employees to take out a company bike lease, we will look into the possibility of covering the fully comprehensive insurance or offering a one-off signing bonus as a take-up incentive. By the end of 2022, a gratifying 20 employees were making use of the company’s bike leasing scheme. Workplace health promotion Our workplace health promotion aims to prevent accidents and illnesses, reinforce the conditions that sustain good health, and improve well-being in the workplace. At both production sites, our targets and preventative measures relating to workplace health and safety are drawn up by a specialist committee (comprising the production managers, heads of finance, safety officers, heads of human resources and an employee from production/administration from each site). Any recent incidents relating to workplace health and safety provide information for targets and preventative measures. Which occupational accidents have we experienced? Is there any evidence of a specific pattern; can a need for specific training be identified from this? Similarly, any findings from the monthly inspection rounds by the safety officer are also taken into account. After each analysed incident, preventative measures will immediately be put into place and, where necessary, training will be carried out which is monitored and documented by the safety officer.
